APP on instructions from Police Head Constable Mr. G.D.Shinde makes a statement that charge-sheet is already filed after investigation and it is registered as R.C.C. No.142 of 2011. In view of this, this application has become infructuous. Applicant has a remedy of moving trial Court for discharge.
Therefore, application stands disposed off as infructuous.
