1. Learned counsel for the Applicant produces
a photo copy of joint purshis filed by the
parties in Special Civil suit No.174 of 2011 in
the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune
whereby the present Applicant has accepted the
whole claim of the Complainant/Plaintiff Mrs
Aruna Bhavsar and has also accepted that the
sale deed which was executed in his favour by a
wrong person, impersonating herself as Mrs Aruna
Bhavsar, does not confer any title upon him and
accordingly decree has been passed. Thus the

wrong committed stand rectified.
2.In view of these circumstances, ad interim
Anticipatory bail granted by this Court on
4.8.2011 is hereby made absolute and Application
stand disposed of.
