He had further stated that the consent terms are signed by him of his own free will and volition and he has not signed the same under force, fraud or collusion. The Plaintiff No.2 as well as Shri Sohail Khandwani who are present before the Court, have also informed the Court that the consent terms are signed by them of their own free will and volition. The consent terms are also signed by the Advocate for the Plaintiffs and the Advocate for the Defendant. The undertakings contained in the consent terms are accepted.
