2. An externment order came to be passed against the petitioners. Being aggrieved by the said order, the petitioners preferred appeal before the State Government. They also preferred application for stay in the said appeal. The said application for stay came to be rejected, hence, the petitioners approached this Court.

3. The learned APP on instructions states that thereafter during pendency of this petition, the appeal has been dismissed by order dated 7th May 2010. Obviously, now as

the appeal has been dismissed, the petitioners would also
have to challenge the order passed by the appellate
authority, hence, this petition is disposed of with
liberty to the petitioners to file fresh petition
challenging the order of externment as well as the order
passed by the appellate authority.
