1.In this Letter-Petition, petitioners
had prayed for the relief that the directions be
issued for execution of Surety Bond at a nearest
place, since it becomes inconvenient and
expensive for the relatives of the petitioners
to travel upto the jail for execution of bond.
2. Perused the petition.
3.Learned APP has tendered a copy of
Govt., letter dated 22nd July, 2010. Through
this letter, it is clarified that the Surety
Bond can be executed in the nearest Tahsil or
Executive Magistrate�s office, or in the jail,
whichever is convenient to the parties.
4. The clarification contained in the said

letter, which came to be issued after the
Letter-Petition was sent by the prisoners,
redresses the grievance.
5.Therefore, it is not necessary to pass
any further orders.
6.It shall suffice that a copy of letter
dated 22ndJuly, 2010 be delivered for
information to the petitioners-prisoners by
Superintendent, Central Jail, Nagpur.
7. Petition is disposed of.
