the statement made on behalf of the
respondents, we dispose of this petition with

the direction to the respondents to take a
decision in the matter after hearing the
petitioners and pass a speaking order within a
period of four weeks from the date of
communication of this order, to be communicated
by the petitioners. Till then, the respondents
would not deal with the subject property.
