1 The issues raised in this Petition is squarely answered in the judgment of this Court dated 8th April 2010 in Writ Petition no. 345 of 2010 in the case of Asha Seva Bhavi Sanstha, Solapur & ors. v/s State of Maharashtra and ors.
2 In the circumstances, this Petition is also disposed of on the same terms. The Respondents shall, however, consider the proposal of the PetitionersInstitution for recognition as expeditiously as possible and in any case not later than 15th June 2010, inasmuch as if the recognition were to be granted to the PetitionersInstitution, the school can be started from the ensuing academic year 20102011 commencing from June 2010.
