Petitioner. That by itself can be no basis to assume that the police officials have had any grudge against the Petitioner or falsely implicated the Petitioner. The evidence produced by the prosecution has found favour with the trial Court for convicting to the Petitioner for the alleged offence. In our opinion, this Petition is ill-advised. The same is dismissed.
