1.Mr Mankapure, learned counsel for the petitioner,
on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in the
Court, prays for withdrawal of this writ petition with
liberty to the petitioner to file an application under
section 173 (8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the
appropriate Court. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with
liberty as prayed. While granting liberty, we shall not be
understood to have issued any directions to the Sessions
Court, and the Sessions Court may deal with application, if
any, filed by the petitioner as aforesaid on merits in
accordance with law.
