The following order is passed by consent of the parties:
i. The Respondent shall pay an amount of Rs.75,000/-(Rupees seventy five thousand ) to the Petitioner in full and final settlement of all the claims of the Petitioner against the Respondent.
ii. The Respondent shall forward a bankers cheque drawn in favour of the Petitioner to the Advocate for the Petitioner within two weeks from today.

iii. Upon receipt of Rs.75,000/- the Petitioner shall have no claim whatsoever against the Respondent Company including the claim as regards his termination dated 3.2.2006 and also the gratuity amount payable to him.
iv. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
