(i) Out of amount of Rs. 5,75,000/- deposited by the Petitioner with the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court, the Society shall be entitled to withdraw Rs.3,50,000/- and treat the same as deposit by the Petitioner under section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.

(ii) The balance amount of Rs.2,25,000/- shall be

invested in Fixed Deposit of a Nationalised Bank by the Prothonotary and Senior Master initially for a period of six years and thereafter as per the directions of this Court, until further

orders are passed.

(iii) The Respondent No.3 shall hear the Revision

Application filed by the Petitioner being No. 1929 of 2010 within a period of eight weeks from the date of this order.

(iv) Parties shall appear before the Respondent No.3 on 16th September 2010 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain necessary

directions in the matter.

(v) All contentions of the parties are kept open.

(vi) Liberty to apply.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of, with no order

as to costs.
