In the above Writ Petitions, following order is passed
by consent of the parties :-
(i) The order passed by the Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Mumbai, dated 18th March 2009 (Exhibit-E to Writ Petition No.1100 of 2009), is quashed and set aside.

(ii) The School Tribunal shall after hearing the parties, pass fresh orders in the matter within a period of eight weeks from the date the Presiding Officer of the School Tribunal, Mumbai, resumes Office. However, parties shall not be allowed to lead any further evidence in the matter.
(iii) Both the Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of with no order as to costs.
