The consent terms signed by the authorised signatories of the plaintiffs and defendants are taken on record and marked “X” for identification. Defendants’ Advocate states that three pay orders and five post dated cheques which have to be handed over by the defendants to the plaintiff are handed over to plaintiffs’ Advocate today in court. In the light of consent terms, the suit, therefore, is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. Refund of court fees as per rules. No costs.
