Learned Counsel for the petitioners state that in view of the recommendation No.(2) of the Committee appointed for considering the security of the prisons in the State and as to at what distance from the prison wall the buildings around the existing prisons should be erected in future, etc., indicating that it will not be reasonable to impose restrictions on the development of the buildings either completed or under construction around the existing prisons which have obtained sanction as per the Development Control Rules, the apprehension entertained by the petitioners earlier does not survive. Learned Counsel, therefore, does not press this petition. Petition is accordingly disposed of with no order as to costs.
