1. By this Company Petition, the Petitioner Vasant Labels Pvt. Ltd. is seeking winding up of M/s International Hometex Ltd.(the Respondent Company). The Respondent Company is wound up by an order of this Court dated 26th August, 2010 in Company Petition No. 279 of 2009. The Petitioner shall therefore lodge its claim with the Official Liquidator, who shall, thereupon adjudicate the same.
2. The company Petition is accordingly disposed of with no order as to costs.
