We have heard learned counsel for the applicant. He submitted that respondent nos. 4 &5 have been served personally by the officer of the applicant on 5/8/2010. Acknowledgments have been annexed to the present civil application. Hence for the reasons stated in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Civil Application is disposed of.
