We have heard Mr.Irpatgire, learned counsel for
the petitioner and Mr.Tambe, learned Asstt.Govt.
Pleader for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and for
the reasons stated in the application, the
application is allowed and the delay is condoned
and the order of this Court dated 7.11.2009 is
recalled and the petition is restored to file on
the condition that the petitioner removes all
office objections within two (2) weeks from
today.
