2 Adv. Shri Surwase is present for the applicants. None present for the respondents. It is stated that the

corporation which has taken leave to file appeal was not aware of the land

acquisition reference and only after other side had filed appeals, the advocate of the corporation informed the corporation and advised to file appeal and thereafter steps were taken for obtaining certified copies and, since the applicant is the corporation, it took some time for getting sanction for filing appeal and arranging funds. The corporation was not party but Executing Engineer was made party to the original proceeding. For the reasons given, application deserves to be allowed. Delay stands condoned. Applications are accordingly allowed and disposed of.
