hand over the vacant and peaceful possession of the premises situated at 205, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase III, New Delhi- 110020 to the landlord on or before 31st May, 2010 is recorded in Clause 9 of the order passed by this Court dated 18th February, 2010. The Learned Advocate for the transferee company seeks an extension of 2 weeks and undertakes on behalf of the transferee company to hand over the vacant and peaceful possession of the said

property to the landlord on or before 15th June, 2010. It is submitted that the rent for use and occupation of the said property for a further period of 15 days is already paid to the landlord. The learned Advocate for the Transferee company states that the transferee company shall also abide by the terms and conditions contained in the lease Agreement. In view thereof the undertaking of the transferee company to hand over the vacant and peaceful possession of the above mentioned premises to the landlord on or before 15th June, 2010 is accepted. The statement made on behalf of the transferee company that they shall abide by the terms and conditions contained in the lease agreement is also accepted.
