had made threatening calls to the informant Atul Suresh Rane, demanding money. The transcript of the conversation has been annexed to the chargesheet. The contention of the learned counsel is that the CDs in question were not kept in sealed condition and those CDs are tampered. I do not know whether the CDs used are writable or re-writable and if they are rewritable, there is every possibility of tampering. In any case this is a matter which has to be gone into by the learned trial Court at the trial. Learned counsel for the applicant may be right in submitting that the applicant is in jail for almost four years now without the trial even being commenced. The learned Trial Judge as also the prosecution would

ensure that the trial commences as early as possible and the case is disposed of as early as possible preferably within a period of six
months. The application is rejected.
