By the present application, the applicant has prayed for relaxation of condition imposed by this Court while allowing Criminal Application No.2195/2007. It appears that the said order was allowed on 6^th August 2007, thereafter two attempts were made by the applicant for relaxation of the condition and now this is the third attempt for relaxation of condition on the ground that grand mother in law of the applicant, who is 90 years old, is not keeping well. It is informed that though the said condition is relaxed to the

extent husband of the applicant, yet considering the age of grand mother in law of the applicant, on humanitarian ground, the application is allowed. The condition imposed vide order dated 06.08.2007, so far as it relates to the present applicant, is relaxed. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
