No.2766/2009. Vide order dt.
5.9.2009, condition was imposed on
the applicant and one Manoj
Prabhakar Lohar not to enter in
the limits of Jalgaon district
during the period of investigation
and that they shall not contact
the witnesses or shall not make

any attempt to tamper prosecution
evidence.
3.As the investigation is
over, the applicant has prayed for
relaxation of the condition, so
far as it relates to the condition
not to enter in the local limits
of Jalgaon district.

A.P.P. states that it is a fact
that now the investigation is over
in connection with Crime No.
145/2009fortheoffence
registered in Chalisgaon Police
Station.
In view of this, application
is allowed and it shall stand
disposed of by relaxing the
conditionimposedonthe
applicant, for not to enter in the
limits of Jalgaon district.
