treatment regularly. The applicants' counsel has pressed only that ground. We had directed learned A.P.P. to take instructions. A report has been submitted by the Senior Medical Officer, ART Centre, Solapur. It is stated in the report that the applicant's son Santosh had visited the OPD Department of ART Centre, Civil Hospital, Solapur, on 19/1/2010 in connection with his illness. At that time, he could not give proof of his residence or identity card. It is further stated in the report that thereafter, the applicants' son has not come to the hospital for follow-up action. The hospital authorities tried to contact him on his mobile number. However, they were not successful in contacting him. On 26/7/2010, one Anand Hathure and Anand Gavde of ART Centre, Solapur went to the house of the applicants' son. However, the house was locked. Neighbours could not give any information about the applicants' son.

whereabouts of the applicants' son, there is no question of releasing the applicants on bail to enable them to take care of their son. Hence, the application is rejected.
