1. Heard learned advocate for the applicants-original accused nos. 1 to 4 and learned APP for the State.

2. The applicants-original accused nos. 1 to 4 have been convicted under Section 325 read with 34 of IPC and sentenced to RI for 3 and 1/2 years. The appeal preferred by them against the said order has been admitted. Now, the applicants are seeking bail.

3. Learned advocate for the applicants stated besides this case, the applicants have a clean record. This statement has not been controverted by learned APP. Learned advocate for the applicants further states that the sentence is only for 3 and 1/2 years and the applicants have undergone

approximately two and half years out of the said sentence.
Moreover, the appeal is not likely to come up for hearing
in the near future, hence, the applicants be released on
bail.

4. Looking to the above facts, I am inclined to grant bail to the applicant. Hence, the order:

1. Applicants - Deepak Madhukar Kudave, Shahid Ajij Shaikh, Raju Bapu Lonare and Mahesh Balasaheb Adhawade be released on bail in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- [Rs. Twenty Five Thousand Only] each with one or two sureties to make up the said amount. The Applicants shall report to the Swargate Police Station once in a month till disposal of the appeal.
