1. Heard learned advocate for the applicants and learned APP for the State.
2. By order dated 9th September 2008, bail was granted to the applicants on certain terms and conditions. One of the conditions is that the applicants shall report twice in a month to Bhuinj Police Station till disposal of the appeal. Now the applicants are seeking relaxation of the said condition.
3. It is stated that applicant no. 1 is over 64 years of age and applicant no. 2 is over 54 years of age. Both of them are suffering from various medical problems. Learned

advocate for the applicants submitted that the applicants,
from the place where they are residing are required to
travel over a long distance in order to report to Bhuinj
Police Station. Hence, the condition of reporting be
deleted.
4. Looking to all the above facts, the said condition of reporting to Bhuinj Police Station is deleted.
5. All other conditions in the order dated 9th September 2008 are maintained.
6. Application is disposed of.
