Kenkre, retired District & Sessions Judge, who was appointed by the respondent has resigned and tenders a photo copy of the letter of resignation. The copy is taken on record. Mr. Sonak further states that in view of the resignation of Mr. R. D. Kenkre, the respondent would be appointing another arbitrator in his place.
