The petitioner’s grievance was that certain offences have been committed by respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and police is not doing anything. We are told that case has been already registered and investigation is going on. The respondent No.16 submits that institution was being run illegally and the premises of said institution has been already sealed. In view of this development no further orders are necessary to be passed. Writ petition is disposed of.
