1. Heard. The grievance of the petitioner can be
redressed by giving directions to the respondent no.2 to
dispose of Revision Petition No. 16200 of 2007. The said
revision petition is pending since last two years and no
steps are taken by the respondent to dispose of the said
petition. Therefore, we direct the respondent no.2 to
dispose of the said revision petition after hearing all
concerned parties, within a period of eight weeks from
today. Liberty to the intervenors to apply before the
respondent no.2 for joining as party. The said
intervention application, if any filed, shall be considered
by the respondent on its own merits.
2. With these directions, petition is disposed
