The grievance of the Petitioner is that he has a licence for dance cum Orchestra. He has been complying every year for renewal of the licence. The respondents till date have not disposed of the same.
On behalf of the respondents, the learned counsel points out that in so far as licence of dancing is concerned, there is stay by the Hon’ble Supreme Court and as such it is not possible to consider the said application. Considering the above facts, we direct respondent to consider the Petitioners application for Orchestra according to law at any rate not latter than four weeks from today.
Rule made absolute accordingly.
