The petitioner, by way of this petition, has challenged the order dated 30thJune, 2009, vide which the application filed by the present petitioner for holding that the respondent No.2 & 3 herein, are disqualified on the ground that she has not conducted the requisite number of meetings of the Gram Panchayat, came to be rejected. 2. The Authority, i.e. the Collector, Parbhani, has given cogent and sound reasons for holding that the petitioner has failed to prove that the respondent No.2 & 3 have not held the requisite number of meetings of the Gram Panchayat and as such, rejected the application. |
