 1. Rule. Heard forthwith.

 2. Petitioner has approached this Court contending

 that the respondents have not complied with the order dated
 17.4.2009. By that order, the respondents have been

 directed that on the petitioner depositing Rs.50,000/-, the
 provisional amendment in IGM shall be allowed within two
 days so that the petitioner can get expeditious clearance
 of goods.

 3. In our opinion, really speaking, petition was

 premature as the respondents did not have sufficient time
 to challenge the order if aggrieved. In that view of the
 matter, in the event, respondents within eight weeks from

 today do not have in their favour any order which has the
 effect on staying the order dated 17.4.2009, respondents
 are bound to comply with the said order.
