instructions, that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw this petition
with liberty to avail such alternative remedies as are available to the
petitioners in law for challenging the impugned notices issued by the
Grampanchayat, Fattepur Tq.Jamner Dist.Jalgaon seeking to evict the
petitioners.
In the light of that statement, the writ petition is dismissed as
withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
