 1. Rule. Heard forthwith.

 2. While passing an order it is not necessary to set

 out facts in the case. On behalf of the petitioner, the
 learned Counsel submits that they have waived the show

 cause as also the right of personal hearing.

 3. The learned Counsel for the Revenue, on

 instructions, states that he will take one month’s time
 to complete investigation.

 4. On completing the investigation if the respondents
 come to the conclusion that there is no over-invoicing,
 then to pass an appropriate order within four weeks
 thereafter. If the respondents come to the conclusion
 that there is under-invoicing, they will decide according
 to law.

 Rule is made absolute accordingly. No order as to
