the matter is carried by RNA Builders to this Court by filing an Appeal wherein the petitioner was sought to be added as party and there is an order of status quo passed by the Court.. Inspite of this, the Police Officers are harassing the petitioner who is in bonafide possession. Various instances are given whereby the police authorities have come to the disputed premises and have also threatened the security guards of the petitioner and even unjustifiably detained security guards of the petitioner.
