We have heard the learned Counsel appearing for the parties. In view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in
the case of Tulsiwadi Navnirman Co-op. Housing Society Ltd. and another vs State of Maharashtra and others , 2007 (6) Mh.L.J. 851 , we direct the Petitioners to approach the High Power Committee constituted by the State of Maharashtra in accordance with law.
one week there will be no demolition. After one week, it will be
open for the High Power Committee to pass orders, interim, if any,
after hearing the parties appearing before it.
