Learned District Judge shall dispose of M.A.No.373 of 2007 as expeditiously as possible and preferably

within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.
Pending hearing and final disposal of M.A.No.373 of 2007, the order of status-quo initially passed by the District Court on 23.1.2009 and continued by this Court from time to time and which operates till this date, shall continue till the disposal of M.A.No.373 of 2007.
In the circumstances, both the writ petitions (Writ Petition No.1944 of 2009, Writ Petition No.1943 of 2009) stand disposed of.
