By order dated 15th September, 2009 this court has already rejected the request of the petitioner to release him on bail by suspending the sentence to work on a project. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition except this court has also directed the Registry to communicate the said order to the petitioner who shall send his plan and project report to this court within two months. However, we are of the view that this court will not be able to assess the plan and project of the petitioner which is highly technical in nature and what the petitioner has claimed is a innovation. Further no such plan and project report is submitted to this court till date and therefore, the petition is dismissed.
