for	setting	aside no wr	itten-sta	tement order	which	has
been	decided	against the	Peti	tioner.	Correctness	of
that	order	is not ass	ailed	in the p	resent	Petition.
That	order	would bind	the	Petitioner for	which	reason

also the written-statement cannot be taken on record.

Hence, dismissed.
