1 This Writ Petition is filed by the
petitioners impugning the judgment and order
dated 30th August, 2008 passed by the Labour
Court, Mumbai in Reference (IDA) No.355 of
2007 (Exhibit �E� to the petition) to the
extent that it directs the petitioner to pay
the amount of compensation plus compensation
and difference in wages from the period
2001-07.
2The parties have today filed the

consent terms dated 10th August, 2009 which
are signed by the Accounts Manager of
petitioner no.1, the power of attorney holder
of petitioner no.2, petitioner no.3, the
respondents and the Advocates for the
petitioners and respondent. The learned
Advocates appearing for the petitioners and
the respondent have requested the Court to
take the consent terms on record and dispose
of the writ petition in terms of the said
consent terms. The consent terms are taken on
record and marked �X� for identification.
Acopy of the original resolution passed by
the petitioner no.1 Company in favour of
their Accounts Manager Shri Mani Jaywant
Bachhe as well as a copy of the power of
attorney executed by petitioner no.2 in
favour of Shri Mani Jaywant Bachhe are taken
on record and marked �X-1� and �X-2�
respectively for identification.
