1.The Petitioner by this petition is
seeking a writ directing the Respondent to
issue two additional commercial passes in the
names of the parties which are mentioned in
prayer clause (a). The Respondent is
International Airport Authority of India. The

demand is in relation to the Mumbai Airport.
It is a well known fact that for development
and for conducting the traffic and managing
the Airport at Mumbai the private limited
company has been incorporated and functions
of the Airport authority of India in relation
to Mumbai Airport have been transferred to
that company. The Petitioner has not joined
that Private Limited Company as a party.
Therefore, no relief can be granted to the
Petitioner.Petitionis,therefore,
dismissed. Rule discharged. No order as to
costs.
