1.The learned A.P.P., submits that this
petition has been filed by the petitioner for
expediting the trial. In the mean time, his trial was
concluded and he was sentenced to three years
imprisonment. The period of detention undergone by him
during the trial was given set off against the term of
imprisonment imposed on him. The Petitioner has now
been released. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed

and disposed of.
