All these petitions are disposed of by observing that parties shall maintain status quo as of today with regard to suit premises till disposal of Appeals pending against the order passed on Ex 5 applications. It will be open to the parties to appear before the Trial Court to proceed for hearing of the Appeal expeditiously if so advised. If such application is made, the concerned Court shall consider the same and pass appropriate direction as may be advised. Petitions disposed of on above terms.
