The Caveator who has placed his caveat objecting to the Letters of Administration being issued to the Petitioner, has, instructed the Advocate to withdraw the Caveat. Accordingly, all caveats are withdrawn and terms record that the Caveators/Defendants have no objection to the letters of Administration being issued in favour of the Petitioner. The parties have also agreed to sell the immoveable properties more particularly described in the terms. In the aforesaid circumstances, the terms are tendered which record the consent of the other Heirs and Legal Representatives. They have no objection to the Letters of Administration being issued in favour of the Petitioner. All terms are duly explained

and interpreted to parties. They are aware of the implications flowing therefrom. Each one of them is familiar with English language. Heirs are also present in Court and confirm the statements. In these circumstances and when caveats are withdrawn, the Petition being an uncontested proceeding, the Letters of Administration be issued in favour of the Petitioner. Office to proceed. Terms are taken on record and marked ‘X’ for identification. Order accordingly.
