On 10th September 2009, the Plaintiff and his Advocate were absent when the office was directed to list the suit on 17th September 2009 as an undefended suit for an ex-parte decree. The Plaintiff and his Advocate are absent. The suit is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution.
