the basis that after the order was passed,
several dates per month are being granted
by the Family Court for hearing of the
matter. It is therefore, contended that
the amount of Rs.2000/- ought to be
reduced.
2. This is not therefore an
application for review but an application
for modification of the order. An
application for modification of the order
ought to be made before the Court to which
these matters are assigned.
3. In the circumstances, the Review
Petition is dismissed.
