1 In a suit No. 896 of 1992, this Notice of Motion is taken out to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,09,608/- (Rupees One lac nine thousand six hundred eight only) as the matter has been settled out of the Court between the parties by paying to the Plaintiff Bank. The said amount is lying with the Court Receiver. As the matter is settled, none appeared for the Plaintiff.

Considering the averments made and as the matter is settled, this Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). However, it is made clear that it is subject to deduction of requisite charges and costs of the Court Receiver.
