The Petition has been filed under Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827
for the grant of an heirship certificate in respect of the estate of Abdul Rahiman Husain who died on 4th December, 1954. A copy of the death certificate is annexed at Exhibit A. The passport of the Petitioner which is annexed at Exhibit D mentions the name of his father. The Petitioner is the son of the deceased. The deceased was a Sunni Muslim and died intestate leaving behind him the Petitioner as his only legal representative. In these circumstances, the Petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
