. The learned counsel for the parties, after
seeking instructions, state that the parties have
amicably settled the matter out of Court and,
therefore, they are not interested in prosecuting their
respective Letters Patent Appeals and they may be
permitted to withdraw the same. The copy of the
amicable settlement is placed on record. The same is
taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
Both the Letters Patent Appeals are dismissed as
settled out of Court.
2. In view of the fact that both the Letters
Patent Appeals stand dismissed, the civil applications
therein do not survive and they are dismissed as
infructuous.
