The Respondent – Jayesh Vijaykumar Desai is also present before the Court and he has accepted the Consent Terms. The Appeal is accordingly disposed of in the line of the Consent Terms. The decree of the Trial Court is substituted by the said Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as Exhibit “X” for identification.
