1 The learned counsel for the petitioners pointed out
that the order dated 3rd March 2006 passed by this court
in the present contempt petition has been set aside by
the Apex Court by Judgment and Order dated 8th May 2007
and the contempt petitions have been accordingly

dismissed. In view of the order of the Apex Court, these
petitions stand dismissed and nothing further will be
required to be done.
2In view of the dismissal of petitions, show cause
notice does not survive and the same is discharged.
